Terms of Service

Welcome to Rainbow ERP, a product by Skyllx. By accessing or using our institution management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before implementing our solutions in your institution.
1. Platform Usage & Licensing
Rainbow ERP grants your institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform strictly for your internal educational, administrative, and operational purposes. The service is provided on a subscription basis (SaaS).
- You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or resell the platform.
- Your subscription tier defines the maximum number of modules, campuses, and active users permitted.
2. Institutional Responsibilities
As the primary licensee (the Institution), you are responsible for the data entered into Rainbow ERP and for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrative credentials.
Data Accuracy
The institution must ensure all student and staff data inputted complies with local educational regulations.
Compliance
You must obtain necessary consent from students/guardians before storing PII on the platform.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Skyllx strives to ensure 99.9% uptime for Rainbow ERP. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to the Super Admins at least 48 hours in advance and will typically occur during non-instructional hours.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, Skyllx will provide a secure data dump of all institutional records in a standard format (CSV/JSON) before permanently deleting the tenant database in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Skyllx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or academic disruption, beyond the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
